For our customers in CALIFORNIA, please note that we are located in San
Diego. Please select UPS GROUND, which will be delivered within 2-5 days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Shipping charges and delivery times quoted
are for shipment within the CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY. Post Office Box addresses
will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service only. We are unable to
trace shipments made by mail, and we cannot guarantee delivery using this
method of shipment.
Ground/U.S. Mail ~ $6.00: Orders will be shipped by UPS or the U.S. Postal
Service, and will be delivered within 2 to 10 days from order date.
2-Day Air ~ $12.00: Orders for delivery outside of California will be shipped
by FedEx, and will be delivered within 3 to 5 days from order date. Orders
for delivery in California will ship by UPS Ground and will be delivered
within 2 to 5 days from order date. Please note that this service does
not provide Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Overnight ~ $25.00: Orders for delivery outside
of Southern California will be shipped by FedEx, and will be delivered
within 2 to 4 days from order date. Orders for delivery in Southern California
will ship by UPS Ground and will be delivered within 2 to 4 days from
order date. Please note that this service does not provide Saturday or
Sunday delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories ~ $60.00: International shipping
charges of $60.00 apply for all deliveries outside of the Continental U.S.
Orders will be shipped by express air, and will be delivered within 3
to 10 days from order date. IF ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHOUT SELECTING
THE $30 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE, THE DIFFERENCE WILL AUTOMATICALLY
BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE ON-LINE PURCHASE.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All deliveries outside of the Continental U.S. will be charged $30, and
will be shipped by express air for delivery within 3 to 10 days from order
date. IF ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHOUT SELECTING THE $30 INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING FEE, THE DIFFERENCE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT
CARD USED FOR THE ON-LINE PURCHASE. Any applicable import duties and taxes
are NOT included, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
“No Signature Required” shipments will be made upon request,
however, we will not guarantee the delivery. Recipient assumes responsibility
for any losses that may occur.
Shipping charges will be refunded only if the wrong item was sent or if
the product is defective. If a package is refused for any reason, the
merchandise price only will be refunded to the credit card, and may be
subject to a restocking fee. |
